At MoneyMax Jewellery, we strive for excellence in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene and security reasons, certain categories like earrings and bespoke gold pieces may be subject to specific exchange restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number and specify your reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewellery in its original branded box, including all authentication certificates, warranty cards, and the original sales receipt.

• 3.
  Drop-off or Courier

  Visit any MoneyMax boutique for an in-person inspection or arrange a secure, insured courier service to ship the item back to our central processing facility.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our master gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
